Rainy Day Thoughts

Happy 4th of July, everyone! I hope you all are having a wonderful day so far :)

It's literally been raining all day where I live, so fireworks have been cancelled (boo!). I didn't get to take a picture while it was raining, so here's an awkward iPhone picture of our wet front yard. I don't know about you guys, but I absolutely LOVE rainy days. There's something about them that just captivates me. I'm a pretty busy person, and I rarely have a day where I don't have to go anywhere. I love being able to just make some warm coffee and snuggle under my blankets with a good book. I love how dark it gets, and the smell of rain in the air. *sigh*
